Bakery and Ice Cream Museum

The Bakery and Ice Cream Museum originated from a collection of Gerrit Valk, who died in 1985. It was then turned into a museum by a foundation established in 1986. Within almost 1,000 square metres, the museum houses an impressive collection of tools, objects and machines from bakeries of the past and delves into the beginnings of ice cream making.

Anton Pieck Museum

The Anton Pieck Museum is housed in an attractive and historic building. What is interesting is that Anton Pieck himself played an active role in designing the courtyard, facade and interior of his museum. His distinctive 'fairytale' style is therefore clearly reflected in the museum's design. The permanent collection is constantly complemented by changing exhibitions.
